Firm Creates Technology to Improve Electronic Device

A company based at the Purdue Research Park of West Lafayette has developed a plating process to improve the reliability of electronic devices used in military and automotive commercial applications. Omega Micro Technologies Inc. says the process can also be performed at a greatly reduced cost to current similar methods.
