Aims to Maintain Leadership Role
A strategic plan from Conexus Indiana recommends several steps to help secure Indiana's status as a national logistics leader. The first-phase of the plan identifies several infrastructure areas that need to be upgraded including traffic "bottlenecks" in key regions and repairs to aging locks on some Indiana waterways. Conexus Vice President for Operations and Business Development David Holt says the plan also includes several "go gets" to move Indiana into the future. Holt says work is already underway to secure financing for much needed logistics infrastructure investment.
