With funding provided by a DOL WIRED grant that concluded on Dec. 31, Daryl Smith, executive director, Carroll County Economic Development Corp., and 12 other local economic development officials from surrounding counties, have formed a collaboration that serves as a steering committee for a re-employment and diversification study conducted by Tecumseh Area Partnership, Inc.
