House Speaker Pat Bauer (D-6) says he will not go along with a plan to delay implementation of new taxes to support the state's unemployment insurance fund. He is willing to work with Republicans to ease the impact of the new tax grid. Network Indiana/WIBC report Bauer says Indiana did the right thing by hammering out a compromise on the unemployment insurance fund last year.
