Jobless Benefits to be Extended

Hoosiers who have previously exhausted their unemployment benefits and remain unemployed may file for the new federal unemployment extension beginning today. People currently collecting unemployment will be directed to the new extension automatically. The Indiana Department of Workforce Development estimates 50,000 Hoosiers may qualify for the extension through the end of the year.
